When Do You Charge My Card?
Your card will only be charged when the cleaning is complete. To reserve your spot, we will pre-authorize your charge upon booking. This is not a charge.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
We are fully confident that you will get a top-notch clean, but we understand sometimes things happen. If your clean is not up to your standard, we will contact you within 24 hours and send someone to your home to make things right, 100% free of charge.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to remain as flexible as possible while maintaining a reliable schedule for our professional network.
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 service fee.
Late-Notice Cancellations: Requests made within four (4) hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
