Absolutely. Every team member is background-checked and insured, bringing a minimum of two years of professional experience to every job. We treat your home with the same care and respect we would our own.

We take care of everything, from heavy-duty equipment to the last microfiber cloth. You don’t need to worry about stocking supplies—just sit back and relax. If you have special requests or preferred products you’d like us to use, simply let us know on your intake form and we’ll handle the rest.

Basepoint Cleaning uses flat-rate pricing. We calculate your quote based on your home’s square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, and the specific service tier you choose—with zero hidden fees. If we arrive and find the scope of work differs significantly from the initial estimate, we’ll always pause to consult with you before we begin.

Our Standard Clean is designed for the routine upkeep of your lived-in home. We focus on sanitizing and tidying your most-used spaces—including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas—to keep your environment fresh and healthy. 

Our Deep Clean is a top-to-bottom reset designed for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in six months or longer. We go far beyond the surface to hand-wash baseboards, detail doors and frames, and scrub away stubborn buildup in kitchens and bathrooms. It’s the perfect choice for a seasonal refresh or a total home transformation.

By filling out your client intake form with as much detail as possible, you help our team tailor their expertise to your specific needs. To ensure we can provide the deepest clean possible, we ask that you clear clutter from countertops, bathrooms, and kitchen surfaces before we arrive. While our professionals are cleaning experts, they aren’t movers, so having these areas cleared allows them to focus on what they do best: making your home shine. For safety and efficiency, we also recommend minimizing distractions by keeping children and pets away from the work area while our team is on-site.

We know that consistency is key to a great experience. While we strive to send your preferred team for every visit, our rigorous training ensures you receive the same high-quality results regardless of scheduling changes. Every one of our professionals has a minimum of two years of experience and is fully vetted, so you can expect excellence every time we step into your home.

We value your time and strive to remain flexible to your needs. Because our professionals—all of whom have at least two years of experience—carefully plan their schedules around your home, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A $50 fee applies to changes made within this 48-hour window. This ensures our dedicated team members are fairly compensated for the time they’ve reserved for you and allows us to offer that opening to other clients on our waiting list.
